Public accommodation refers to places or businesses that offer goods or services to the public and are required by laws like the ADA to be accessible to people with disabilities. Courts have extended this to include websites and digital services.

Where it’s used:
Public accommodations include retail stores, restaurants, hotels, healthcare providers, entertainment venues, and their websites or apps.
